WLR Local Outreach - General Volunteers

Thank you for signing up to volunteer in our local community outreach! 
 
We are church that SERVES, inside and outside the walls of our church. Reaching our city with the love of Jesus is our calling. Here are a few of the current and upcoming opportunities for serving:

Adopt a Block : Serving an apartment community with a kids program that builds relationship & shares the love of Jesus, hot lunch, and community service. 1st & 3rd Saturdays.

Roland Crisis Center: Food pantry in Roland, AR serving and providing food assistance to people in our community experiencing food insecurity. Opportunities to serve every other Tuesday and Thursday and Saturday morning when they are open to the public. 

Women & Children First Shelter : Helping women and children transition into new homes and out of domestic violence. 1/month (more opportunities coming in 2026 for this outreach as they move into a brand new facility, "Family Peace Center")

Holiday Outreaches
This November we have our Thankserving Outreach and in December our Christmas Mall which you will have the opportunity to sign up and volunteer for, soon!
