About FAMILY/MARRIAGE | Grafted (Blended Families)
Grafted is a ministry for blended families based on the scripture Romans 11:17, "But if some of the branches were broken off, and you, although a wild olive shoot, were grafted in among the others and now share in the nourishing root of the olive tree." If you are in a blended family, this group is for you! Our heart is to encourage each other as we learn to blend biological and non-biological children, be godly step-parents, and keep marriage strong and at the center of the family. We will encourage and support each other as we study Biblical material related to the growth of our families. We cannot wait to "Do Life" with you!
This semester, we will study Ron Deal's book, The Smart Stepfamily. We will be looking at Biblical principles to guide us in leading our families in what can often be turbulent seasons of life.
*Unfortunately, our house does not have a space to provide childcare during the sessions, so we ask that each couple arrange their childcare. We have families with older children who would be more than willing to help!*
