Heber Springs Water Baptism Class

We are excited that you are interested in being water baptized. Please read the following 

Baptism is the next step in your journey with the Lord-a declaration of a new life rooted in His grace. The Bible tells us that every believer is to be baptized in water in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

Being baptized tells others that your old life is no longer who you are and that your new life is in Christ

Therefore baptism is for those who:

• have committed themselves to following Christ through the power of the Holy Spirit…
• have put their faith in the death and resurrection of Christ to make them right with God…
• have turned away from willful, sinful lifestyles…
• and are determined to align their thinking and lifestyle with God’s will as revealed in His Word…

Before signing up to be baptized, you will be required to attend a class with one of our pastors. The class will take place during our 10:45 service. If you are ready to take this next step, you can sign up for the next available class here.
