Lunchbox Connection Volunteer Sign-Up

Lunchbox Connection is a hands-on outreach where we serve local families by providing meals, encouragement, and community during school breaks. This is a practical and relational way to make sure no child goes hungry — and every family knows they’re seen and loved.

Fall break Lunchbox Connection will be Monday, November 24 - Friday, November 28.

We’ll need volunteers to help prepare and serve meals, greet families, and create a warm, welcoming environment throughout the evening.

Volunteer Roles:

• Hot Meals/Kitchen (4 per slot): Help prepare and serve meals.
• Check-In/Greeters (2 per slot): Greet and register families as they arrive.
• Breakfast/Lunch/Snack Pack Team (6 per slot): Restock supplies and help monitor quantities being chosen.
• Family Room (2 per slot): Engage with families and create a welcoming space for conversation while they eat and relax over a warm meal.
• Prayer Team (3 per slot): Offer prayer and encouragement to families as requested.
• Door/Greeter (2 per slot): Welcome families and assist with directions.
• Cleanup (1): Help tidy and reset the space after the event.

This is an incredible opportunity to serve our community in a personal and caring way. Every role helps us share both food and hope!
