BBE Christmas Mall ~ SET-UP

Help Us Prepare for Christmas Mall!

We need hands and hearts to help set up for our Christmas Mall event! Volunteers will assist with organizing gifts, assembling food boxes, decorating, and arranging tables to create a welcoming space for families in need.

Here’s how you can join in:

• December 8 (Men’s Night): Men are invited to help with heavy lifting and setting up larger items.
• December 9 (Open to All, 5–8 PM): Anyone who wants to lend a hand can come help organize and prepare the space.
• December 10 (Youth & Middle Ministry): Our youth and middle ministry will come together to serve and help prepare. 
• December 11 (Women’s Night): Women are invited to focus on arranging gifts, and other special tasks. 
• December 12 (Open to All, 5–7 PM): Final preparations and setup for the big event.
• December 12 (7–8 PM): A special time of prayer as we lift up the church, our volunteers, and the families we will serve.
