We provide opportunity for people with a gift for music and a heart for worshiping the Lord to lead the people of our campus into those moments of worship. Whether that’s on a normal weekend service or at special events or worship nights. 

Our goal is to provide honest and real moments for God’s people to connect with the Father. We believe we need these moments in the church to receive strength, wisdom, healing, and to grow closer to our creator. 

We do require a low-pressure audition to hear voice and instrument ability. Not everyone has this gifting, and our goal is to help you find your place to serve at NLC. 

The Production Team is the backbone of almost every event or
service we do at NLC. This includes audio, lighting, video projection and stage design. If you like technology and love helping create, then this may be the place for you! We provide training on our specific equipment and will schedule you in places according to your skill level and comfortability.
